Remote assessment in primary care - covid19
you may be interested to follow this link (or copy and paste into your browser) to an excellent article published in the BMJ yesterday. It is practical and useful and I personally have found it enormously helpful.
Following consultation with peers we have taken down the PCRS web-page highlighting the Roth test. Whilst the Roth test could form part of a thorough remote clinical assessment, its limitations are that if relied upon as the main assessment of a person, the severity of illness could be over or underestimated. We applaud the passion and ingenuity of colleagues who try to support others in these difficult times.
